they called me and told me they were with the Microsoft Windows help division and when I had a tone of questioning who they were and sounded as if i might start asking a lot of questions they hung up on me. A few months ago I received a phone call from a person who sounded a lot like this person who is very definitely foreign said he was with the Geek Squad and he needed to inform me that $350 dollars would be removed from my account on the automatic renewal that was setup at time of purchase they just wanted to make sure they had the updated information. when I told them had never setup an account for that much money to be automatically taken from my account they said that I would need to speak with the tech department I told them to transfer me please and they hung up. Please be careful of this, they are very clever. I'm not sure which country his accent sounds like but it is very thick with good English.
