Pretends they are buying flip properties in Florida for up to $800k. They have an Oklahoma phone number for use in Florida is the first clue. Second clue - When I asked for mortgage approval letter and/or bank statement of course they didn't produce either document. Third clue is sales in Florida are down considerably due to high insurance, new condo laws with 100[%] reserves, high interest rates, and most Lenders won't approve loans on Flip houses. Example property rule for flips 1/3 is purchase price, 1/3 is supplies/labor, 1/3 for profit before taxes. These idiots are up to something!
