Another hangup call (the previous one was from 412-556-9824) which came up as "PITTSBURGH PA" on the caller ID. Both times I called back on a "safe" phone (where I can block them from calling back!) and BOTH got me to something called "Construction Group" (and BOTH times there was surprise, surprise) nobody available to take my call! So this time? Left a message saying that if they call my house EVER AGAIN? I'll sic the cops on them! Charges will be fraud and harassment....
