850-312-8013 is a scammer trying to rent out homes. I found a house for rent and inquired about it. I got an email from someone that seemed sketchy. I found the house for sale on a real estate company site in town. I wrote them an email and sent the info I received from the scammer. I was notified that it is a scam and the house "is" for sale. Do not do business with anyone from this number or going by the name Fred Johnson.

This is a scammer that's CID spoofing the name of a legit business. I have never done AC or plumbing business with this company yet they repeatedly call even after being blocked. The real ARS is a Home Depot subcontractor, but robocalling for business would never be condoned by HD.
