855-369-0320 - Scam
"On Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 1:30pm EST. Attempted to log onto my Amazon account with my HP Laptop when my screen froze. An Official looking Pop-Up Screen said to "Call Microsoft Security at 855-369-0320 to fix the problem." No error code, no other information. I called the 855 number and spoke with a foreign Pakistani/Indian sounding guy. I told him my laptop was frozen. He said he could fix it. He said I had 13 breeches on my phone and my laptop, from Ohio and Mexico. He asked if I had logged into a porn site at 4:30am? I said no. He then told me to follow his instructions to get the screen unfrozen. His instructions did get my laptop screen unfrozen but now it was in S MODE. He wanted me then to take it off of S MODE. The HP Laptop screen cautioned that "if I took the computer out of S MODE, I cannot go back into S MODE." So I relayed that info, and that I didn't want to take it out of S MODE. He then said, Let's try another way. Then the 1st call was disconnected. I called the 855- number a 2nd time, the man sounded like the same or similar Pakistani/Indian sounding voice. I stated that my call was disconnected. This guy asked if I had a checking account and what was the name of the Bank. How many credit cards did I have that started with a 4 (Visa) and how many credit cards I had that started with a 5 (MC). I told him. But I did not give him any numbers to the bank acct or the credit cards. I off handedly stated that my credit cards were maxed out. That's when the second call to 855 was disconnected. He hung up. So my laptop no longer has a frozen screen, but I don't know what to do about the 13 breeches. So I call the 855- number a 3rd time. I tell he Pakistani/Indian sounding man that answered the phone this time that my call was disconnected 2 times before. I asked his name and a contact number if the call was unexpectedly disconnected. He said his name was MATTHEW KLINE (CLINE, KLEIN). He said to call him at his direct number 929-925-4210 (a Google landline in Floral Park, NY that can accept text and SMS messages) and not to call the 855 number again. So MATTHEW KLINE asks how many bank accounts and credit cards did I have. Did not ask for their numbers. He restated that my phone and laptop were breeched 13 times. He said he was reporting it for me, to somewhere FCC? Then he asked my zip code. He then asked if I had a check acct with over $10000.00 in it. NO. Then he asked if I had a bank acct with over $1000.00 in it. No. Then he said it would take a day to take off the 13 breeches. He said to turn off the computer and restart it the next day when I got up. He said it would be fixed by Wednesday 4 February 2026. I asked how would I know it was fixed? He said he would call me (I didn't give him my number) or I could call him at his direct number 929-925-4210. I called MR. MATTHEW KLINE at his direct number on Wednesday, 4 February 2026 at 11:30am EST. He picked up after 3 rings. I stated I spoke with him on Tuesday about my computer. He said, "It's all fixed you can turn on your computer." He was in a hurry to get off the phone. He was rude.
