I dialed my Ford dealer for a service appointment from this number that was in my phone. It should not have been an 877 number. A recording answered telling me I had won a gift card and to press # to talk with a live person. This person told me the service department had tech problems with their phone system so to make it up to me they would give me a $100.00 Walmart gift card. Did not feel right. He told me he would mail the card out and asked for my address. I reluctantly gave it to hum. THEN he told me it was a $100.00 gift card but there was a $3.00 fee to activate it so would i give him my Visa number (Not a chance!). I told him i was driving; He told me to have someone get my card and read him the number. "I am driving alone" - I'll wait for you to pull over. "No you won't" and I hung up on him.
