Number called me, first as unavailable. Was orginally a woman answering saying she had papers to serve me. When I asked what this was about, she gave me this number. I called it and was transferred to who was said to be a lawyer, and he was extremely rude and threatening me with court because I was being sued by bank of America for an overdrafted account from 2005. He was trying to talk very quickly and not give me a chance to say anything, and when I did manage to, he got even more rude and threatening and then called me a smuck and hung up on me. Called back, got more of the same attitude. Definitely not a real lawyer/law firm.

says they're a process server and demands you to call back otherwise other actions will arise. they even leave case # and they even called me by my maiden name and I’ve been married twice.

This number called me and tried to say I was being sued by Bank of America for over drafting an account I had in 2005... When I was in high school and didn't even have my own bank account yet. It was really creepy how much information he knew about me. I called Bank of America to make sure that they had no record of this mystery bank account that I over drafted and they told me it was probably a scam.
